Asonic | Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
1. Return
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period SFS 2005:59) is valid for 14 days after you receive your package. To return a product, the product and its packaging must be in an unaltered condition and in its original packaging. If the goods are damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal under the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The right of return does not apply to specially ordered goods that are not available in our regular range. It also does not apply to cut products such as cables and fabrics by the meter or custom-built products such as subwoofer bo adapted to a specific car.
All returns must be sent as a business package (or letter). If this is not followed and the package ends up at a service point, the package will not be collected and will be returned. The customer will then have to pay for additional shipping costs.
1. Start Your Return
To return an item, please get in touch with us and quote your order number. You will receive a unique returns reference number and instructions on processing your return. You will be given the option to choose between a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email if your return has been approved and processed.
Please note: Refunds can only be applied to the original purchase order value and your original payment method.
To follow up on the status of your return, please get in touch with us and quote your unique returns reference number once your parcel has been collected or you've dropped it off at a the post office.
2. Costs of a Return
You can return the items to us, in which case you are responsible for postal charges. We highly recommend you return any items to us using a tracked courier service. So you can keep track of your return and use this as proof of postale. We are not responsible for any 'lost' returns. When you choose to post the item yourself, you take this responsibility.
3. Faulty/Damaged Goods
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you must contact us within three days of delivery, detailing the product defect. You will be asked to supply evidence of the damage or defect through video/photo via email. Once the damage/defect is confirmed, you will receive a unique exchange reference number and postale instructions to return the faulty item to us.
Please note: When you notify us of a defect past the 3-day designated time limit, we cannot accept a return under our faults & damages policy. The standard 14-day returns policy terms in Article 1 of this text then applies.
Returns for faulty products and damaged goods are free of charge. All faulty items will pass a quality check upon their return to our warehouse, after which an exchange or refund issued.
Most of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. Where applicable, a warranty sheet with the product in its box is provided. We recommend you keep this warranty sheet so you can use the product warranty in the unlikely case a product develops a fault during the manufacture. It's warranty period. Please note: Manufacturer warranty differs per product and does not case under the above damaged/faulty goods policy.
4.4 Special warnings and precautions for use Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are faulty or arrived damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you must contact us within three days of delivery, detailing the product defect. You will receive a unique exchange reference number and postale instructions to return the faulty item to us.
Upon receipt of the returned faulty or damaged product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product without delay, stock permitting.
Please note: Exchanges are, by default, shipped to the shipping address of your original order. When you notify us of a defect past the 3-day designated time limit, we cannot accept a return under our faults & damages policy. Returns for faulty products and damaged goods are free of charge. All defective items will pass a quality check upon their return to our warehouse before an exchange is issued.

5. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include gifts, reward points, voucher codes, and items you did not buy directly at azonic. se but via our other sales channels or resellers. We do not accept returns for any of these items. Nor can they be exchanged for money or other goods.
